Thank you for Coming!
⚓💙 I'm so very thankful for the amazing support and turnout to my event! Thank you Speaker Adrienne Jones, my colleagues, and partners from Anne Arundel county and Annapolis.
Your support truly means the world to me and representing you is an absolute honor. I am so excited for this upcoming session and my legislative portfolio that is focused on the needs of District 30a and our state.
Visit to Tyler Heights Elementary
Thank you so much to Tyler Heights Elementary School for inviting me to come speak to their 5th grade classes about my life and work as their Delegate! As the students have been working on a unit learning about the three branches of Maryland Government, I was excited to be speaking with them as a representative of the legislative branch. The kids had some very insightful questions, and I can't wait to see some of these bright young minds sitting in my seat in the future!
Maryland Ave Fall Festival
An Annapolis tradition for over 50 years, this Sunday from 10AM-5PM, make your way down to Maryland Avenue for their annual Fall Festival!! Music, food trucks, a beer garden, entertainment and shopping, all there on some of the best blocks in the city! They are also ready to see your cutest doggone 4-legged pups in our annual Halloween Pup Stroll. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Lila Pants!
I want to take a moment to highlight a creative and fun new business created by some amazing girls from Anne Arundel County! Lilapants was born when Lila, in Kindergarten at the time, was forced to wear a dress to her graduation. From then on, her mother promised her she would find an option that allowed her to wear pants but still be dressed appropriately for special occasions.
After searching high and low, she couldn’t find any pants suits for young women, and boys’ suits were too stiff and plain. At this point she knew the suit she was looking for didn’t exist.
From there, during the darkest days of the pandemic, their family and pint sized entrepreneurs made their dream a reality. I love this story and I couldn't be more supportive of this amazing local small business!
