Dear Neighbor,
🗳️ 2025 City of Annapolis Election Information 🗳️

Primary and General Election Day is just around the corner, the City of Annapolis is getting ready for our 2025 Municipal Elections!
Please see below for important dates and resources if you need assistance registering to vote, getting a mail-in ballot, knowing your ward, or determining your polling location.
Important Note on Mail-In Voting! You likely have already received a "Regular Mail‑in Voting Information and Application.” letter. To receive a mail‑in ballot, you must complete and return the form - even if you’ve already submitted a standing absentee ballot request to the State of Maryland.
Key Notes
Every registered voter will be mailed the request form (check or update your registration status at elections.maryland.gov).
Return the form to receive a mail‑in ballot that can be returned by USPS, placed in a drop-box, or delivered in-person to the polling place on Election Day.
Please note that a prior or standing absentee request with the Maryland Board of Elections does not replace this form — you still need to submit it to receive a mail-in ballot for City of Annapolis municipal elections.
In 2025, City of Annapolis Residents who are qualified to vote may vote for a Mayor and an Alderperson to represent their Ward.
The Primary Election: Tuesday, September 16, 2025
The General Election: Tuesday, November 4, 2025
Voting Hours: 7 am - 8 pm (closes with the last person in line)
For additional information about the election, including voter registration deadlines and polling locations, please visit https://www.annapolis.gov/2125/2025-Elections-Information.

The ultimate goal is to develop a replicable model that strengthens caregiving support systems for both AARP members and the broader community.
